    Yes.

      Yes.

      induction vegatables havent read the list yet but i think i saw broccoli

      first goal 299/ 2nd goal 285/ 3rd goal 265/ 4th not sure

            yes i do i think thats why i spotted it out. well i have the printed list and i will read all of them when i get home.along with other stickys

              Welcome Strong.

              Fitday takes a teeny bit of work in the beginning, but after a while it gets easier as you learn to navigate it. And...After a short time the foods you added will will build up a little history, and then you can go to "recent foods" after a while and just check those foods you ate in the past to add to your day's menu. You won't have to actually search for them "from scratch" after a very short time.
