I am on day 10 of induction (again) and I can assure you, the headaches and "cruddy" fog will clear. I had a headache SO bad last week, I literally cried for 20 minutes. Ugh.... I am finding that each morning I get a little peppier and my head has quit it's daily lashing.
You're gonna do great, I promise! Just stick to the plan and everyone is here to help.
