Has your hunger gone down somewhat? I found mine still flares up once in a while when I've eaten something that is a trigger for me and I just have to feed it with fat and protein until it goes away. I'm still learning too. Best of luck and keep checking in here. I find its really helpful .
Day 2, and I'm still hungry, but not as bad as yesterday..I think. I had a big piece of baked salmon for breakfast, and a turkey burger with cheese for lunch. I know, I need veggies. I'm not big on leafy veggies, they never seam to fill me up. I LOVE broccoli and cauliflower, but can only eat 1 cup a day

I had a wicked headache earlier, but I walked for an hour and now it's gone. But, now I am kinda lightheaded, need to lay down.

You don't have to eat leafy vegetables, if you don't like them.

You could have peppers, celery, mushrooms, cucumbers, jicama...

          Hi !

I get (got) hungry frequently ... I have a big appetite ... its only day 1 for you so by day 3 to 5 you should be in ketosis and your hunger significantly diminshed ... mine has ... also, try sticking with foods that are whole, unprocssed and natural looking , if you can ... i know that for me i reduced sucralose intake to 1 or at most2 packets day (in my decaf coffee or tea), eliminated diet soda, increased water intake, and paid close attention to carb-to-fat ratios ... in my case this has helped to curb those hunger pangs ... but if i am hungry i eat! ... fat/protein - meat (no cold cuts), or LC veggie snack ... anway, just a few things i did ... maybe they can help you too ... my hunger has not disappeared but is definitley reduced and manageable right now

Good luck and stick with it !
