    Ok here are my questions so far
    Can I have sugar free jello?
    Should I weigh in, in the morning?
    I didnt take my measurements yet, should I do them tomorrow morning and re weigh in?
    Do you ever stop running to the rest room? lol
    Can I be eating too little?

    01.23.10~Started Atkins
    01.24.10 Start drinking 64oz. H20 EVERYDAY
    01.25.10 Start reading minimum 3 passages per day.
    01.27.10 Only 2 cups of coffee per day.
    01.31.10 Start walking 2 blocks per day.
    02.04.10 Stop smoking! Increase walking to 4 blocks per day.
    02.08.10 Increase walking to 6 blocks per day.

      maybe - if it is sweetened with splenda you may be OK with it. If it is sweetened with aspartame Atkins suggests we avoid it. Always limit your sweetener to 3 a day. And if you can stay away from sweet stuff I think that would be even better


      Should I weigh in, in the morning?
      That is when we are the lightests so that is when we weigh in. Of course with dry hair, no clothes and no glasses on.

      Take them as soon as you can. Measurement are not as sensitive as scale is. But it is a very good way to measure progress

      It is good exercise. You cannot buy that. Gym memberships are expensive
      And no not really

      Can I be eating too little?
      Many people do eat too little. They try to double up to get maximum effect but it often backfires and you do nto get the fatburing effect of ketosis. Instead the body becomes anxious and try to hang on to its weight.
      Find our what your BMR is and make sure that eat at least that much. I eat plenty. Not a problem

        I said this before but since you didn't find a copy of the book locally here it is again: check online at www.half.com or www.amazon.com – I got a “used” copy recently for less than $5.00 including shipping not long ago.

        Your body will adjust to the additional water you are drinking and you won't be running to the bathroom as often. At first it's a good thing because you are flushing the nasties out of your system so it's essential to drink the water.
