So..Im just getting ready to start Atkins, I guess this is my 2nd time around. The first time I only got 3 days into induction and found out i was preggo, So i dont really consider that as a "1st try". Im really excited to get started..only thing that worries me is sticking to it! Right now im living with my MIL while my husband and I are looking for a house, and They are the "eat whatever you want, never gain weight bunch". I have been working out and recently (past 3 weeks) started eating healthier and working on my portion control. Im hoping this will help prep me for the food/portions on Atkins.
Does anyone have any advice for recipes? Especially for Breakfast and Lunchs...My morning consists of getting Myself, 2 children ages 1 and 4 ready and I need somthing thats pretty simple to throw together for lunch and easy to make for breakfast!
