    Hello, I've been on this forum a few years ago. I am not using the same handle because I do not remember what name i used.

    I am glad this forum is still here for people like me who need others whom have the same goals.

    I started Induction a 1 week ago. I am starting to feel less hungry and i can even zip up my knee high boots much better than two weeks ago! I do not have a bathroom scale. (i need an inexpensive one to track myself)

    I believe my start weight is 155/160lbs. I am 5'2 in height. So this makes me chubby. My goal weight is 125, so I would like to loose 35 pounds.

    Once I get to 125, I'd want to go that extra 5 down to 120. (that would be for a total loss of 40 pounds) But I am jumping ahead.

    after a week, I do feel a bit better... my lower back was hurting me a few weeks ago from all the food I was eating. my kidneys were working overtime.

    I am glad I am back on here. only one week in, and I am feeling better about myself.

    Warm welcome back and kudos to you for getting back into the programme! You won't regret it!
    Sounds like you're off to a good start this second time around. Post lots and keep us updated... we're rooting for you!

          Hi and welcome back to Atkins --

          Good for you getting back on plan! If you haven't already, read the 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) book it's the edition we follow on this site. Exercise, take a non-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water. Check Linda's recipe site - it will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over --
