I have been on Atkins several times. It always works for the first 2 weeks 4-6 lbs a week). After that I stop losing.
I don't have a problem with eating the same thing everyday. I dont have a problem drinking 64oz of water a day.
I know carbs are to be kept at 20 and from what I learned from another site my calories were to low (1000-1200 a day).
It's very difficult for me to lose weight. I really have to work hard. If anyone is in the same situation as me, has some advice please bring it on. I do try to stay on induction for longer then 14 days as I do have about 50 lbs to lose. I enjoy lifting weights but to be honest I can't stand cardio. Below I will post a sample menu of mine so you know what I will be eating.. I haven't started the diet yet. Getting the right carbs, calories and calculating each food is the most difficult for me. I'm 5'1 and weigh 181.
2 eggs scrambled 1.3 carbs 167 calories
1 tomato raw sliced 0.8 carbs 5 calories
6 oz ham .43 carbs 292 calories
1 tbsp Olive oil (if used) 0.00 ADD 119 calories
1 Cup cooked Broccoli 7.2 carbs 103 calories
1 oz cream cheese 1.0 carbs 84 calories ( I can take off the cream cheese)

5 oz Pork steak 0.0 carbs 352 calories
2 oz sweet onions (raw) 3.8 carbs 18 calories
5 oz asparagus 3 carbs 44 calories
1 tbsp garlic 2.53 carbs 42 calories
