    Hello fellow Atkins Dieters

    i just wanted to join this site as i have been on Atkins for the past 21 days and i have lost 11 lbs. Im doing an extended induction and hoping to lose a total of 37 - 40 lbs!


    Starting weight: 167
    Current Weight: 156
    MyGoal Weight: 127-130

    Program: Extended induction for 4 weeks to lose total of 15 lbs and then move on to OWL ....

    Work out atleast 3 times a week doing a combo of cardio and resistance training.

    Congrats on your results so far!

    With 25-30 lbs to lose and a low degree of metabolic resistance, why are you extending your Induction?

    Are you reading Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002)? Have you read Chapter 13?

            Welcome and congratulations on your loss so far -- I agree you need to consider moving to OWL and start adding foods back to your daily meals. You need time to find the foods that you can eat without problem and those you need to stay away from.
