  • Day three;)

    HI everyone!! I'm new here and looking forward to getting to know everyone. I'm on day 3 and the only thing I noticed weird was I fell asleep today for 3 hours and than woke up sweating.Other than that no sugar cravings at all..I just still don't know what to do for snacks!! Good luck everyone.....Jennifer

    Sounds like you are having the induction flu--it will pass soon. Snacks - deviled eggs. hard boiled eggs, veggies with blue cheese dip, cheese slices cut up and microwaved crispy, pork rinds--I am sure there are lots of others.

      I just still don't know what to do for snacks!
      Anything from the Acceptable Foods List can be a snack. Just don't snack out of habit.
