So, i gues this is my introduction. Im not overweight (i think) for my height, which is 5'4, and i weigh 130.i want to lose about 15 pounds, just so i can have more self confidence. I have very huge hips which i believe is filled with fat, and my abdomen is not so good too. Now that summer is approaching, i want to look great. I have just started Atkins and hope to lose those 15 pounds. I really hope i lose all my fat weight soon! My only challenge --> carbs =(....this is going to be hard
