I'm getting on the band wagon again
. My start weight was 208lbs. I'm currently 193lbs and my Goal is 145. I would like to make my Goal by my BDAY in July. I NEED motivation
if anyone can help? Any advice or comments please feel free. I plan to post pictures every month with my BEFORE photo and CURRENT photo. At the end of my journey I will post a BEFORE and AFTER photo. Here we go!
