      If you are going by the book, here is a way of explaining it...My book has the POWER of 5 list on 174 which does list cottage cheese as a 5 gram food, but a few pages before is a list of the ordered rungs. So even though cottage cheese has only 5 grams, you should still follow those additions by going up the rungs in their proper order. This means, you would first take a few weeks to explore 5 gram veggies from Rung One, then move to Rung Two where you can add the dairy.
