I'm on my second week of induction and decided that excitement about this WOE can only take me so far. Being that I am the only one amongst my friends who has made this decision, I'll need moral support from you guys. That said, I'm still very excited and surprised by myself for making it this far, I usually give diets 3 days and quit.
I was a chubby kid and thankfully lost it all in middle school till about 23, and the weight slowly crept back. I let things go and just got bigger sizes, but soon realized there is nothing cute about a size 14 body and 16 hip at 5" 1.
But I am here now, and one week is a huge mile stone, 8 days and going strong, 6.6 pounds lost, life is beautiful. Day 3 was tough, I was visibly shaking all day and the halitosis (OMG!!!). Anyway I survived, tempted as I was with all the junk in the airport.
It took 6 years to get here so I know it wont melt away in a split second, but I am committed to at the very least have a normal BMI!!!!
I will appreciate meal planning tips from members who travel for work.
