    Did you already notice any benefits of this way of eating, other than weight loss?

      Thank you! Yes, energy level is through the roof and probably the best thing about the diet so far is that after I eat breakfast, I'm usually not hungry until 3 PM.

                Still not a good idea. Sometimes you have to eat through the "not hungry" period. If you don't keep your metabolism up, you risk slowing it down, and making losing more difficult.

                It's net carbs ... and that might not be a good idea either! Staying on Induction too long mostly backfires.
