    I am starting back with Atkins this weekend. I would start now but I am not able to cook right now. I am very busy this week. So I will start on Saturday.

      Welcome back. Try to plan ahead for busy days as much as possible. You know the old saying, "failing to plan is planning to fail".

        I hope you have the 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) - it's the edition we follow on this site. Exercise, take a no-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water.
