Hi Everyone!
I am not new to the Atkins diet, but I am new to these forums. I am usually a pretty shy person, but I am putting myself out there now. I am starting a 6 week Atkins challenge for myself. Not, because I don't have much to lose, but because I need to make short term goals and complete them! I have done well in the past with Atkins and that coupled with the fact that I will be turining 30 is enough to motivate me. I hope I will get support and advice on this forum.
