i made many mistakes.i ate way to much cheese.i thought it was allright.i also ate fried fish and chops,in vegetable oil.missed the part about heating the oils.still drank my coffee religously[my one true vice left!!!!]i am going to wean off that.bought 4 lb.s of deli meats,which are gone,sooooooo.i officially am starting day one again.p.s. i am also on prozac for many years.that is not an option of stopping right now.i have my lipolysis strips that show trace ketones.i will check again in 2-3 days after hopefully much stricter adherence to the diet.any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!
