At this point I wouldn't look for reasons any further than the amount of things you ate and what was in them. You binge ate, you can't lose weight on any plan doing that. You also ate non induction foods. Honestly you are lucky you only gained 1lb eating like that.
Focus on correct portion sizes. You can always eat more a little later if you are truely hungry. Drink all the required water and add more if you can. Eat ONLY induction foods and you'll be surprised how easy this plan is to follow.
