Hello everyone,
I'm a 30 year old female living in LA. I've always struggled with my weight, but since moving to America (6 years ago) I've put on a whopping 140 lbs. I guess the fact that everything is so convenient here and I rarely have to get out of my car doesn't help, but ultimately I know its my fault. I'm married (no kids yet) and very happily in love, but there is one thing that is weighing me down and that’s my weight. My husband loves me no matter what and that's amazing, but things are starting to become harder for me to do and clothes are nearly impossible, so after a visit to the Dr, this program was suggested to me.
So, I'm on Day 2 of the Induction phase... I'm planning on keeping on this phase for 4 weeks (instead of the standard 2) at which point I'll be heading back to the Dr for a check in on my progress. So far I think I'm doing pretty well. I feel completely different already just after the first day. I think some of it might be to do with the fact that I'm taking mulitivimins, calcium and omega 3 suppliments for the first time as well as the fact that me and my husband did a 2 mile walk last night. I really felt good afterwards. I'm looking forward to continuing on my journey, but I do have some questions and am so glad to find this website to help me along the way.
Thanks for listening
