I haven't read the book yet, but I have been sticking to the induction rules from the Atkins website... Is reading the book really necessary? Im just so busy with my daughters and going to school full time!
I had a doctors appointment on 2/19/10 and I was weighed at 202lbs and on 2/27/10 I checked my weight at my cousins house and the scale said 190! I had a hard time believing it so I had 4 other family members test the scale and it was accurate! I was just wondering if the weight loss will now slow down a whole lot?.. I would at least like to see 3 lbs gone every week! Is that aiming to high??
I also been eating the Atkins bar and shakes these last couple of days but I just now read that a lot of people say it slows down weight loss?? If that is the case, I could use some tips for on the go snacks to help me through the day while Im at school. Thanks..
