Ready to really give this an honest and serious try. Did try induction many many years ago, and I can't remember if it was working, or how long my wife and I stayed on it. Married with no kids (4 legged types only). Was more for weight for me, and energy/feeling good to her (and me too). She is ~5'5" and ~115lbs, so she already must have a good metabalism; as she can eat cookies, icecream, breads, pasta, etc. But she only does in moderation, and only once in awhile.

Height 6'0" Weight 296 lbs.
According to the "charts", I need to lose ~112 lbs, and my plan is to hopefully do this in a years timeframe. I don't plan on measuring myself (arms, legs, thighs, hips ,etc.), as I want to make my attempt not cumbersome. I will weigh myself weekly, and track. I have creaed an account on fitday, and am tracking my foods.
