my friend gave me her copy so im pickiing bits out and i plan to read it, what i can tell is that you eat protein and fats within say three meals a day, but keeping your cals to about 10 per own pound of body fat.
on induction you can eat up to 20 gs of carbs from veg
no caffene to avoid spikes in blood sugars
its that simple right ? i just like to be told
and how usefull do you find this site?
I like this site too. Good for support and help with issues when you have there. Great idea to check out this site. I hope it will help you. So yes Atkins is kind of straightforward you just need to check the rules. You're very close with what your wrote though.
