    im new here. and 2 month been failing on the induction.

    my weight is
    145.505093 lbs

    the target is
    96-101 lbs

    so i need your advice on the menu

          Welcome Terrick.
          You are good and normal as far as weight is concerned. Why don't you concentrate on eating whole foods, drinking water and be active.

              See if you can find a trainer that will suggest exercises for you that can help you. I think that would better than losing weight - your thighs may even look bigger (in a relative way) if you do. Running distances have helped me a bit with my thigh problem. But I have big hamstrings and quadriceps and I just have to learn to love them.

                trainer in malaysia i dont think so. all the trainer want the money ..

                  Then I don't think Atkins will work for you very well. Especially without the book.

                    The weight you've selected for yourself is not right for someone your size and gender. So talk to your parents and get some help. Maybe see a doctor to help you with some suggestions about what to do with your self image and other issues you may have. Please consider that.
