    Hi everyone

    Just a quick HI to everyone, I have been on this forum for the last two days and i think its simply awesome! I thought i knew alot about doing Atkins, but after reading a few posts, I have realised there is still alot to learn!

        Are you also reading Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002)?

        With only 18 lbs left to lose, why are you doing extended Induction instead of moving to OWL?

          Yes I am, I guess I am just scared to, I don't really know if I would be able to control my Carb intake, if I had to increase it lilttle by little and also it might sound stupid but i am scared that I might lose the feeling of feel full or satisfied with more carbs added to my current eating plan. I pick up weight pretty quickly and its always been like that...

            I did not know that there was a London in South Africa. That is cool. There is a London in Canada too.

            anyways if you are interested in exercises we have challenges starting

                  hahahahaahahah ja I know alot of people get confused when I say where I stay...and you know what makes it more confusing? Our Main street is called Oxford Street..so People just assume you talkin bout the UK...
