Hello everyone my name is Derek! So, this diet is completely new to me. I am doing this with my soon to be wife. Two years ago I was a healthy 155. Since then I went up to 240! I tried restricted calorie diets and I just cant do them. Im currently 217 and I am on going on day 3 of Induction. I have the book but I am still lost and hopefully I can get plenty of help here from the people that have had success.
