    Hello everyone my name is Derek! So, this diet is completely new to me. I am doing this with my soon to be wife. Two years ago I was a healthy 155. Since then I went up to 240! I tried restricted calorie diets and I just cant do them. Im currently 217 and I am on going on day 3 of Induction. I have the book but I am still lost and hopefully I can get plenty of help here from the people that have had success.

      Hi Derek and welcome! I am sure that if you stick to this you will be slim and trim in no time. Do make sure you read the book (2002 version) and do move through the steps of Ongoing Weight Loss if you want to keep it off.
