    Read the book.

When I did Induction last year, what saved me was taking advantage of all the cream and butter, and little treats that I could have. I love coffee and often felt it was more of a treat if I went to get it somewhere- so I spent a lot on coffees to go, but that was a big help.
Learn what you look forward to as an acceptable treat and then capitalize on it!

Remember to count the carbs in the coffee (1 net carb per 8 ounces). And remember that you should have an extra 8 ounces of water for every 8 ounces of coffee. And remember that you need a MINIMUM of 64 ounces of WATER ... and coffee doesn't count towards your water.
