    There is no limit set on fat. Fat is not bad for you, unless you eat a bunch of carbs with it.

      Thanks for that. I am not eating any veggies as i thought on induction you were not allowed anything.

      What are the best veggies to eat on induction

        You're supposed to count net carbs. That's total carbs minus dietary fiber.
