I am very thankful to have come across this site.
I am a college student who is looking to drop a near 30 pounds ... Within the past months, those pounds have crept upon my waist and I think it was due to my high-carb and sugary snack intake
Thank goodness I am starting this journey! My plan is to take ONE DAY at a time, being very mindful and thankful for coming across this program!
Today is the first day of starting the (very) low-carb induction period. I am finding it very hard to find snacks and meals that FIT into my 20 carbs a day induction period! Any advice from anyone?

The before and after pictures are mind blowing, but what is more important is that everyone on this forum has had the courage to start something, stick to eat, and reach their goals!
