Hi everyone. I'm new here. Been considering Atkins for a few months and decided to give it a try a few days ago. So I stocked up my fridge and today is my official first day. Just thought I'd introduce myself
I'm 24 and have been bouncing between 175 and 155 for the last few years, with no apparent cause. So I'd like to get my metabolism under control, stabilize my weight, and hopefully have more energy and sleep less (right now around 10-12 hours per day!). My all-time highest weight was about 205 when I was 19, so I'm really lucky to be at my current weight without having to work for it but I do worry that unexpected weight loss and gain indicates metabolic problems. So I'm going to see what Atkins can do for me. I've been lurking around the boards for a while now and you guys have a great community here, so thanks and keep it up!
