    Hi,

I am new to the forum but a return atkins dieter. I have had tremendous success in the past, but, never see it to completion. This time I am committed and will see it through. Any helpful tips, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I'm new today too. 51 years old, I can always lose ~30lbs if I stick to any diet, but it never lasts. And each time I just end up fatter. 287 today.
