      You are missing the part that says you should be getting most of your net carbs from Induction vegetables. 25% is not most.

              JaxMama, you aren't going by the book if you are not getting at least half of your daily NET carbs from Induction vegetables, during Induction.

                But the book, as I quoted, during induction, those 3 cups don't add up to 1/2 of 20. Do the math on Fitday, I did. And no I am not just counting gross carbs.

                Tell me how 3 cups of salad, if someone chose to get their veggies that way is half of 20. Anyway, I don't remember reading that in the book, please advise what page.
