  • Week one results

    Hi everyone!

    I started Atkins last Wednesday April 21 at 185 lbs with measurements of 41-40-45. Today April 28 the scales read 177 which is an 8 lb loss. Measurrements are 39-38-45. I'm excited about these results!!!!

      Great results!!! Make sure you are eating the proper foods, drink plenty of pure water, exercise and take a vitamin daily with no iron.

      Also many people start a journal to keep track of themselves. It’s also a great place to meet new people or find old friends.
