Well the title pretty much sums it up. My husband T and I are new and getting ready to start the Atkins diet plan. See if we can't make our bodies super healthy and happy again.

If you haven't already you should read the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) is our guideline here on the board - if you don't have a copy you really should get one and read it so you know how to follow the plan and why it's healthy and works for so many people.
Plan your meals for a few days so you have everything legal in your home. Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water daily – more is better but at least 64 ounces. Take a vitamin w/o iron daily and exercise.
