Hi, I've been on Atkins for 11 days now.....NO weight lost, NO inches lost. I have been sticking to the induction 100% (exercising, under 20 carbs etc) I'm not gaining muscle as I have been working out for years. I just wanted to drop the dreaded 10 to 14 pounds lurking on my body. Do I now need to start cutting calories on this diet? I am very discouraged and have never heard of anyone not losing a single pound during induction. I hope someone can shed light on this!
