the only fish I can choke down is shrimp and tuna....I have eaten walleye before with some success but it was breaded & deep fried - not quite Atkins friendly! We're talking about going to Red Lobster because mom loves lobster and I really want to try it. My luck since it's expensive I'll like it...LOL!!! There was a restaurant here that fixed a wonderful tilapia that I would order occassionally but they are no longer in business and when I tried making it I couldn't handle the smell or the taste -- so I stick with tuna and shrimp.
I take Hellman's and put just a pinch of Heinz Carb One Ketchup in it (enough to make it pink) then dip shrimp in it for my shrimp cocktails. One of the grocery store where I shop has a hugs cooler filled with large shrimp you can buy by the piece or pound...I go get about a pound or less and make shrimp cocktails for lunches once in awhile -- that's a great meal and requires no cooking .... would be a great take-along meal for those on the go also
