good for you -- glad you were able to resist!!! You have to be very careful when eating out on a buffet because what they don't add sugar to they load up with salt!

We're going to Red Lobster because it's Lobster Fest...and even though I'm not a fish person and have only tried Lobster once (and didn't like it) it sounds really good -- I'll get shrimp just in case...LOL!!

We don't have Golden Corrals around us, but when I visited my grandson in Montana they had one. I found lots of legal items I could eat, but I stayed away from sauces, gravys, etc. Still you can never tell.
                  I am down to 238..
Were you able to get your water down today
                  How about a walk...

DB, what are you eating, my nemesis was those delicious pork rinds I'm sure. What did you eat yesterday, it has to be something that your not seeing. I have also started to use fitday to check out my menu selections. It is a pain, BUT when we don't lose, its good to see why and fitday helps.
                      Post your menu

Not really, maybe a few to many veggies but I really can't believe that as peppers are low carb and mushrooms are fine. Hummm,
salt, do you salt everything like I do
