Breakfast: Three sausage patties with mustard.


Snack: mixed veggies


Lunch: 1 beef patty hamburger with mustard and salad.


Snack: Hamburger pattie with mustard.


Dinner: Beef Sausage and 2 eggs.


Water intake for the day: 46oz.


Supplements: 2 - Chlorophyll Tablets; 2 - Fiber Pills

Observations: Still bloated.
