Exercise: 1 hour of Spin Class and 30 situps

Water Intake - 100oz water

What did I eat today?


Breakfast - Green tea and 2 fried eggs

Snack: 1 medium cucumber and 2 stalks of celery

Lunch: 2 hamburger patties with mustard and mayo and 10 pork rinds

Snack: 5 pieces of brocolli and 5 pieces of cauliflower with ranch dressing

Dinner - 15 pieces of Salami with cream cheese.

Supplements: N/A.

Comments: Nothing much to say about today. It was quite at work and I was glad. I got a lot accomplished instead stopping what I was doing to answer the phone 50 times. Spin class was great, I'm tired as ever and my legs are killing me, but that's good. Tomorrow, I'm going to do another practice PT Test at 0730. I'll let you all know how I do in tomorrow's post.
