Came so VERY close to falling off the wagon today..
At lunch I had two burger patties from a source where I can account for the carbs or other ingredients... They were tasty.. but.. I think they had an adverse effect on me
Tonight when I got home from work I had such a massive urge to eat carbs.. nothing else would do..
I was desperate to each french fries, or a nice steak pie.. anything with pastry or potatoes, nothing else would do...
After an hour of agonising I managed to keep my composure, grabbed a tin of corned beef (0.5 carbs per 100g) a tomato and a tiny bit of mustard (I used to love this in a sandwich) and it managed to take away the urge.. only ate half of it and then went to the gym..
Could only do 30 mins in the gym, feel a bit of a looser for that.. normally I do an hour!! But tonight I just didnt have the energy.
Anyway, lets hope tomorrow is a better day!

And thanks for mentioning canned corned beef. I hadnt though about using that. I can make corned beef hash usins diced cauliflower in place of potatoes. Awesome!
