So my clavicles are back. I'm losing weight in my neck and shoulder area apparently. Gramma wants to know how much I've lost. I don't know, and won't for another month when I weigh. I can have such willpower not to weigh all the time when I don't own a scale

I've been cheat free for a while now, and I'm trying to add more fat to my menu. I messed up last time by eating too many chicken breasts and got so sick of them and their lean-ness.
This time the only chicken I am eating is in the form of garlic parmesan wings at WingStop.
I went to Krogers and there are about 1000 brands of "soybean oil spreadable food-like products" passing for butter but only two or three real butters made with cream. Don't people know by now that margarine is bad for you?

I am done with sodium nitrite. It frightens me. And sounds like a bomb making ingredient for a salty, salty bomb. I feel better not eating processed bacons and sausages too.

It just turned cool here In Houston, so I may start exercising by walking in the park. Does walking really help you lose much? I feel like such a newbie to exercise.
