Yes nothing is measured because I don't care for putting my mustard greens in a cup or weighing my fish steaks. But rest assured everything was within reasonable portions
And it looks like I ate everything in one meal, but this is just a list of everything I put in my mouth for the day...
Cheese is always cheddar, because it's better.

Day Two, October 21, 2009
20 Chicken Wings from WingStop (Garlic Parm/Lemon Pep), Lettuce, Ranch (a wee bit), Mushrooms, Green Beans, Beef Stew Meat, 4 Kosher Dill Pickles, waters

Day Three, October 22, 2009 (Ketosis)
1 Ham/Egg Omlette from Denny's, Ranch, Salad, Cheddar Cheese, Cucumber slices, Onion, 3 Coffees, Cream, Mahi Mahi, Flounder,
4 Shrimps, 1.5C Green Beans, Pickle, Walnuts, Almonds, waters


Day Four, October 23, 2009 (k)
20 Wings from WingStop (Mild and Garlic Parm), Diet Coke, Sausages 0 carb (I bought them before I went off nitrites etc, I hate to waste food), Salad w/Lettuce Oil/Vinegar, waters

Day Five, October 24, 2009 (k)
Coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 Splenda, Ahi Tuna, Avocado 1/2, Tartar Sauce (a wee bit), Fresh Spinach, Lettuce, Cheese,
Cucumber slices, Eggs, Bacon Bits, Oil, Vinegar, Ranch (iminiscule bit), Bleu Cheese (the tiniest of bits), 2 Egg Omlette, Cheese, Mushrooms, Pickles, waters


Day Six, October 25, 2009 (k) (blood glucose level 82 after meal)
Egg White Cheddar Souffles made from 2 eggs, Lettuce, Oil, Vinegar, Cheddar, Ranch, Mahi Mahi, Shrimp, Mustard Greens, 3 Asparagus, 1/8 Onion, Coffee, 1 pickle spear, waters


Also a weird thing I used to test my blood pressure (with an automatic machine at home) and was getting around 140/82 usually for my right arm, before the diet. I tested today and the cuff hasn't changed size or anything but it was 118/74 and my pulse was 82. I want to blame the diet. :P
