Disclaimer: I like nuts. I do not have a nut problem. I can quit nuts at any time. In any case, I am out of nuts as of today and Krogers doesn't have them anymore. I wish I knew how to quit you, nuts.

Disclaimer #2: This seems to be working for me, if I need to eat a few nuts a day in order to not run out and buy a donut then nobody better stop me. I know I'm not following Dr. Atkins religiously. I know I shouldn't have had those Atkins candy bars and low carb ice creams this week. They didn't cause me to stall or have a carb attack. I probably won't buy them again however. I wasn't that into them afterall.

Disclaimer #3: I drink one or two bottles of water with every meal, and in between meals. I drink a lot of water, I just didn't keep track of every time I drank water but I did drink lots.

This WOL is helping me feel better. I even jogged a bit in the park the other day. I am thankful for this WOL and everyone here being so encouraging and friendly. God Bless Y'all.
