Today I ate:

Coffee with Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Filet Smoked and Peppered Mackerel
1C Green Beans with butter
1.5 L Water

I cheated over the holidays. I won't go into much detail but I will say this - "Stupid cupcakes."

Well I won't be sorry I will just improve.

One Christmas present I bought myself was a Taebo DVD. Yeah, I thought he would explain how to do everything he does but no he and the group just jump into it.

So there I am stuck trying to keep up looking like I am having a full body dry-heave with kicks!

My goal is to be 240 by April. It sounds reasonable doesn't it?
