thanks guys, i know its so tough and it makes me so angry that the simple act of eating something gets my life so out of control. i just really hope one day i can win my seemingly neverending food battle!!!!

This is probably one of my favorite blogs. Do you remember how long it took you to gain your weight? It probably wasn't something you ate in one day - probably not something you ate in a week. If you're anything like me, it was from an extended period of over-indulgence. Before I knew it, 10 years...
Get right back on the horse and stop feeling guilty because it will just push you to keep eating badly. Whenever you feel like you have stopped losing do the following:
A) Measure yourself.
B) Stop looking at the scale for a week and then check it out.
