Wow, was I ever shocked to see the scale move down 2 more lbs over night. Pretty exciting, going to stay at it and get closer and closer to the big prize - - - thin/healthy me!! I do also know that the first 2 weeks are faster weight loss, so I'm not expecting same results next week/after. Day by day, eating right, making good choices... major goal though is to get up and MOVE IT MOVE IT!
