1 cup HOOD Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk 1/2 cup heavy cream dash splenda Mix well. Tastes like a chocolate milkshake. 2.0 net cabs for chocolate milk plus the cream and splenda. Great for breakfast on the go. I used to do slimfast in the moring a lot of times because with a husband and 2 kids at separate schools, plus a full time job we are usually running out of the house.
