Full text:http://atkins.com/Archive/2003/11/22-889227.html In the last three years, 16 scientific studies have been published in peer-reviewed journals or presented at professional conferences that support the safety and efficacy of the Atkins Nutritional ApproachTM (ANA). There is absolutely no logic and no science to support any association between claims of individuals experiencing adverse health events and the ANA, no more and no less than there is logic or science to support an association between the thousands of people who die from heart disease or kidney failure after decades of following a low-fat diet. We only wish that this group of radical vegans masquerading as concerned and responsible physicians be held to the same standards to which all scientists should adhere. :newburn OK I added the smilie part. :laughing

In today's world I cannot eat anything! Everything is bad for me. We are told something different about once a month on how to diet properly. Blah blah blah. this is the only diet that I have ever found which actually makes any sense. Not only that, it's pretty simple to follow. Anyone want to e-mail me a slice of bread or two? :piggy
