Last year I indulged at Thanksgiving and it was six months before I could get control again. I would advise against it. There are plenty of recipes for low carb goodies out there. I'm going to take almond cookies and Mitzimarie's pumpkin dessert. I'll also take cauliflower in some form, mashed or roasted. I think I will even try to make some sugar free cranberry sauce. I just know from experience that whatever the non-Atkins people are having is SO not worth blowing another six months on.
