1 medium Hokkaido pumpkin 40 g mashed cauliflower 100-150 g ground beef, of beef and pork 1 large egg 2-3 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 30 g onion, chopped 1 garlic clove 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp oregano 1-2 tbsp roasted hot pepper, chopped 1 tsp ground mustard seeds salt and pepper to taste
