I was craving something sweet yesterday so I made my own atkins-friendly doughnuts. Ok, here's the recipe.
1 scoop of the Dr. atkins vanilla(or choc will do) protien shake mix
1 egg
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp water
mix together and fry in a pan w/ oil. I drop spoon full sizes into the oil and when their done, I sprinkled some splenda on them. YUMMI!!!!!!!
